Plan for the development of the East Frankford are bounded by Oxford St. (now Kinsey St.) on the West, Meadow St. on the East, the Tacony Creek on the south and Melberry St. on the North. It shows a street grid divided into 100s of lots available for purchase. It includes a ote on employment opportunities in the area and terms and conditions to purchase a lot. Map removed from Deed #107 in the Society Deed File.
