Resource Browser Browse through all of the resources available on the GeoHistory website, as well as other resources available on the web. View high-resolution digital images of historic maps and documents. Most recent browsers supported.

Interactive Maps Viewer View selected historic maps and aerial photographs, mixed with current data from Google in a Google Maps viewer. The "crown jewel" is a full-city mosaic of the 1942 Philadelphia Land Use Maps. (Note that not all materials are available in this viewer. Please consult the resource browser for a full list.) Supports IE 7 and Firefox 3.

The Greater Philadelphia GeoHistory Network (GPGN) is a pilot project of the Philadelphia Area Consortium of Special Collections Libraries (PACSCL) to develop a web-based repository of geographically organized historical information about Philadelphia, its geography, its buildings, and its people.

Funding for the initial planning stage of the GPGN was generously provided by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.
